Gluten Dairy Sugar Free was created in 2009 by Jake Winley. Jake is a Celiac and has been living gluten free for over 8 years. He has recently converted to sugar and dairy free living and this has had a wonderful effect on his health. He created this site to help spread the energizing effect of gluten, dairy and sugar free living.
